Chocolate Recipes

I love to cook with chocolate, and not just with things like cake and biscuits, but also with savoury things like beef and even fish. The Mexicans use chocolate in a lot of their cooking and I suppose if 50 million of them like it then maybe we should all try it.

Products

CONSULTING: For the flour, sugar, and to make use of the yoghourt pot
1 or 2 yoghourt pots
3 pots of flour
1 brown sugar pot
1 pot
3 eggs
1 or 2 vanilla sugar sachets
1 yeast sachet

Receipt Marbled with the chocolate

1.       preheat furnace thermostat 200.

2.       mix in a salad bowl the yoghourt pots and the flour.

3.       stir up the whole with ugly whip.

4.      separate the white and the yellow from .

5.      yellow in the salad bowl and the white in snow.

6.      Then incorporate the white in snow, , brown sugar, vanilla and yeast.

7.      Mix the whole with your whip to use previously.

8.      Butter the mould and if paste.

 

 

Too Much Chocolate Cake

"This cake won me First Prize at the county fair last year. It is very chocolaty."

INGREDIENTS
1 (18.25 ounce) package devil's food cake mix
1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup warm water
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix together the cake and pudding mixes, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs and water. Stir in the chocolate chips and pour batter into a well greased 12 cup bundt pan.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until top is springy to the touch and a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool cake thoroughly in pan at least an hour and a half before inverting onto a plate If desired, dust the cake with powdered sugar.

 

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crisco (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla


Directions

  1. In large bowl, add all ingredients alternately and mix well. Using a teaspoon, drop dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 345 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let cookies sit for 5-10 minutes - then, ENJOY :)!!

Charlotte chocolate

Products

* 14 to 21 cookies with the spoon
* 200 G of Chocolate Serve
* 50 G of sugar
* 2 of freeze-dried coffee
* 3 eggs
* 250 ml + 50 ml
* 40 ml of rum
* a salt pinch

Receipt Charlotte chocolate

1.      Mix sugar with rum and 250 ml .
2. Soak cookies a few seconds in this syrup and paper the mould with
Charlotte.
3. Make dissolve the coffee in 50 ml .
4. Break the chocolate of pieces in a pan and put it to melt with the bain-marie.
5. Separate the yellows from the white . Mix the yellows with the coffee then add the chocolate.
6. In a salad bowl, beat the white snows about it by taking care a salt pinch at the beginning in order to harden them.
7. Delicately mix the white and the chocolate. Furnish the Charlotte mould and place to it at the refrigerator 5 hours at least.
8. Unmould and are used quite fresh nature or sprinkled as liquid cream.

 

 

Spanish Chocolate Beef Roast

Semi-sweet baking chocolate, grated

Method :

·         Flour roast. Brown in oil on all sides. Remove roast from pan and set aside. Put onion rings into pot (Dutch oven). Add salt and pepper. Put roast on top of onion rings, add cloves, vinegar, bay leaf, cinnamon, catsup and water. Put lid on pot. Let come to a boil and simmer about 2 1/2 hours or until roast is tender. Add grated chocolate and stir around roast. Let cook another 15 minutes.

·         Remove cloves and bay leaf. Serve with roasted veg
